Shipping Process

Orders paid until 11h00 are eligible for next day delivery (within continental Portugal).

After payment we will check the availability of all items. If all the requested items are in stock, your order will be shipped no later than in the next business day.

Although we do our best to keep stocks always up to date, sometimes there may be ruptures or errors in the indicated stock.

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive the respective tracking number so that you can track it. Our orders are shipped and delivered within 48 hours (working days / shipments to mainland Portugal).

Shipping Costs

The cost associated with sending your order is calculated according to the weight of the items ordered.

Free shipping applies to deliveries within continental Portugal, for orders above 49€.

This excludes orders with bulky products (such as pinatas, helium tanks, etc.) or products that are part of special discounts. In this case, Bubbly pays for the majority of the shipping fee with a smaller amount to ship the bulky items is paid by the customer (tipically 4.9€). 

Shipping to mainland Portugal:

Pick up point - €4.90

Home delivery:

• Between 0kg and 1kg – €5.90

• Between 1Kg and 5kg – €6.90

• Between 5kg and 20kg – €7.90

Shipping to Portuguese islands (Azores or Madeira):

• Between 0kg and 1kg – €8.90

• Between 1Kg and 5kg – €10.90

• Between 5kg and 10kg – 11.90

Shipments to the Azores or Madeira have an estimated delivery time of 5 working days.
