At this age, the party starts long before the day: choosing the theme, the invitations for school friends and the wish list. At Bubbly we believe every detail can reflect the birthday star, with decorations they'll want to show off and that parents can set up stress-free.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which themes are most popular for ages 6 to 12?

Football, video games, astronauts and characters of the moment, such as KPop Demon Hunters or Pokémon, are among the most popular. At this age, the birthday star almost always chooses the theme, so it's worth involving them from the start.

How many balloons do I need for a party of 15 children?

25 to 35 balloons make a great effect: an arch or bouquet at the focal point, loose balloons around the room and a foil balloon (e.g. number or shaped balloons) with their age. The Bubbly team can help work out the right amount through our free Party Stylist service.

How much tableware should I order?

Ideally, count one per child and add around 20% for adults and the unexpected. Plates and napkins usually come in packs of 8, 10 or 12, as shown in each product description.

Will my order arrive in time for a Saturday party?

Yes, in most cases. Orders placed by 11am ship the same working day and arrive within 24 to 48 hours. For a Saturday party, it's best to order by Wednesday. For last-minute orders, you can always pick up free of charge at the Bubbly store in Porto.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. Pick-up at the Bubbly store, Rua da Alegria 2123, Porto, is free and available the same day for orders placed by 11am.
