Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a party theme?

Start with what excites the birthday star most: a character, an animal or a favourite colour. Then choose items from the same theme for the table, the cake and the decorations, and add matching balloons. The Bubbly team helps you choose, free of charge, on WhatsApp or at our Porto shop.

Do the items in a theme go together?

Yes. In each theme we bring together plates, cups, napkins, decorations and balloons designed to look good together. For themes with a kit, Bubbly suggests everything at once and works out the quantities for your number of guests.

How far in advance should I order?

Orders placed by 11am ship the same working day and arrive within 24 to 48 hours. For a Saturday party, it's best to order by Wednesday. You can also collect your order free of charge at the Bubbly shop in Porto.

Do you have themes for adult parties?

Yes. For adult birthdays there are more elegant themes and palettes, such as gold and black, with large number balloons. See the ideas on our adult birthday parties page.
