Returns

At Bubbly we give you complete flexibility to return items if you are not satisfied.

In short:

  • Don't forget to check the status of the order (eg damage to the box, the product) as soon as you receive it. We are here to help with any issues.

  • After receiving the order, you have 30 days to return your item(s);

  • To initiate a return, simply send an email with the order number and the items you want to return to geral@bubblystore.pt.

Bubbly Return Policy

Bubbly accepts the return of the products ordered by you, if you are not completely satisfied, within a period of 30 days after receiving the article. The value of returned products will be refunded using the same payment method used when placing the order.

For the refund to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which the customer received it, unused, with the packaging sealed / intact and the product in good condition (in other words, in perfect condition for sale).

Damage / Problems with the Order

Please check the status of your order as soon as you receive it and inform us as soon as possible about any damage to the packaging, the product or if you have received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess and resolve the situation quickly.

When the returned product is not as ordered or is defective, the buyer is entitled to exercise the legal guarantee of conformity. In this case, Bubbly is responsible for collecting and returning the item, and it will be exchanged or refunded, as agreed between Bubbly and the buyer.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of dangerous goods (eg helium cylinders), personalized or perishable items.

Exchanges

The quickest way to guarantee the exchange of a returned product is, once the return has been accepted, to make a separate purchase of the new products.

Reimbursement

You will receive notification once we have verified your returned items and approved your refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for financial institutions to process the refund.

Items Returned Without Prior Notice

Products returned to our address without initiating a refund via the channels below will not be accepted.

Return Costs

Transport costs relating to the return or exchange of products are borne by the customer. We advise you to return the products by registered mail, to guarantee the traceability of the return.

How to initiate a refund

Just send us an email to geral@bubblystore.pt or contact us via WhatsApp (contact 91 222 51 52). From then on, we accompany you throughout the process and guarantee a simple return process.
