Questions

Frequently asked questions

What decorations suit a 30th, 40th or 50th birthday?

An elegant palette, such as gold and black or blue and gold, with a large foil number balloon always works. For dinners at home or outdoors, table themes such as Bon Appétit, Botanical or Nautical create a warm, very photogenic atmosphere.

How many balloons do I need for an adult party?

For a room with 20 to 30 guests, a bouquet or arch at the focal point, a number balloon with the age and 15 to 20 loose balloons make a great effect. The Bubbly team can help work out the right amount through our free Party Stylist service.

Do you fill balloons with helium?

Yes. At the Bubbly store in Porto, balloons are filled with helium and ready to pick up. Hi-Float balloons float for around 24 hours. For orders with filling, we recommend at least one day's notice; for last-minute requests, message us on WhatsApp.

Will my order arrive in time for a Saturday party?

Yes, in most cases. Orders placed by 11am ship the same working day and arrive within 24 to 48 hours. For a Saturday party, it's best to order by Wednesday. For last-minute orders, you can always pick up free of charge at the Bubbly store in Porto.

Can I pick up my order in store?
