1st birthday

A party for them, memories for everyone

At one year old, the birthday star may not remember the party, but the whole family will. It's the day of photos that end up framed, cake that ends up on faces and grandparents with tears in their eyes. At Bubbly we help create a beautiful, calm setting, designed for little ones and the people around them.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What decorations work best for a first birthday?

Soft tones such as light pink, baby blue, beige or sage green create a calm setting and look lovely in photos. The giant number 1 balloon is one of the most requested items at Bubbly, often paired with a balloon arch or a garland.

Are party supplies safe for babies?

Party supplies are decorative and should be kept out of babies' reach. Latex balloons, confetti and small parts always require adult supervision, and burst balloons should be picked up straight away.

How long do helium balloons float?

Latex balloons treated with Hi-Float float for around 24 hours. A foil balloon (e.g. number or shaped balloons) usually stays inflated for several days.

Will my order arrive in time for a Saturday party?

Yes, in most cases. Orders placed by 11am ship the same working day and arrive within 24 to 48 hours. For a Saturday party, it's best to order by Wednesday. For last-minute orders, you can always pick up free of charge at the Bubbly store in Porto.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. Pick-up at the Bubbly store, Rua da Alegria 2123, Porto, is free and available the same day for orders placed by 11am.
