Is there parking near the shop?
Yes. There are public parking spaces right outside the shop, on Rua da Alegria.
Do you inflate helium balloons while I wait?
Yes. We inflate latex and foil balloons with helium in the shop while you wait. Latex balloons get Hi-Float gel so they float for longer.
Can I collect an online order in the shop?
Yes. Just choose in-store collection at checkout. You pay no shipping and collect the order during opening hours.
Is the shop open on Sundays?
No. We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:30, and Saturday, 10:00 to 13:00. Public holiday hours vary and are always up to date on Google.
Do you deliver balloons in Porto?
Yes. Helium balloons are filled in store and can be collected here or delivered in the Porto area at an extra cost, arranged via WhatsApp. Delivery of filled balloons is not covered by free shipping.
